Marc - thanks for sharing these tips. It’s courageous to ask for feedback and for the person who gives feedback to be honest in their communication. Feedback creates another layer for reflection and personal growth. In the meantime, we want to be selective who we ask for feedback, as well as remember that we don’t have to accept it. Seeking and adopting a lot of feedback can leave one confused on who they are/should be, and lose sight of the destination meant for them.
